| Q: Can I also book return tickets through RRSB? |
| A: Yes, you can book return tickets wherever they are available. At the moment, from the major cities and will be soon available for more destinations. |

| Q: How do I make payments for booking my tickets through RRSB? |
A: Currently we are accepting payments through the following modes…
1. Credit Cards (All Cards accepted)
2. Debit Cards (Only HDFC Bank Cards accepted)
3. Cash on Delivery (For home deliveries) |

| Q: Do you make home delivery of booked tickets? In case if you do, then are there any extra charges for it? |
| A: Yes, we do make home deliveries of tickets booked through RRSB Travels, and there are no extra charges for deliveries within city limits (Areas located within 5 km radius from our office). However, if you reside outside city limits, we will advise you to call our support staff for the charges that might be applicable in your case. |

| Q: Can I also get my booked ticket online? |
| A: Yes, definitely. Once you have completed the online transaction from our site, you can directly print your tickets from "Print Ticket" link provided on the "Booking confirmation" page. This printout will also serve as a valid proof of booking when you carry it along with your photo identity proof. |

| Q: Can I also book tickets on this site for someone else from my credit/debit card? |
| A: Yes, you can. The passenger however will be required to submit the e-ticket along with his/her photo identity proof showing the "Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the net. |

| Q: Do I have to register on this site to book tickets online? |
| A: No, you do not have to register on RRSB Travels site to book tickets. |

| Q: Are there any booking charges for booking tickets through this site? |
| A: No, there are no extra charges for bookings. |

| Q: Can I also Transfer and cancel my e-Ticket? |
| A: Yes! You can cancel your tickets booked through RRSB Travels, but you can not transfer the tickets. For cancellation, a cancellation fee of 15% will be levied on the booked value of ticket, and the rest amount will be refunded back to you. (This 15% deduction is applicable in case of those cancellations which are undertaken at least 24 hrs prior to the time of departure. On cancellation made within 24 hrs of departure, charges levied could be up to 100% depending on the travel partner). Please check at our Customer help desk for exact cancellation rules on the tickets you have bought. |

| Q: What if I miss a flight; will I get any refunds then? |
| A: Yes, you will. But it will all depend on the refund policies of the airline. |

| Q: Can I also book Hotel rooms through this site? |
| A: Yes, you can. |

| Q: What do I do if I misplace my e-ticket printout? |
| A: No problems! Just log on to RRSB Travels and simply click on the Cancel/Modify link on the top of home page. Enter your PNR Number, First Name and Date of Journey in the pop up that appears. That’s all; your ticket is ready for printing out. |
